Dr. Jennifer Gonder Ph.D.

Dr. Jennifer Gonder is an Assistant Professor of Applied Psychology. She received her B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. She is currently completing a post-doctoral internship as a final requirement for New York State Licensure. During her graduate studies, she was trained in the areas of job analysis, psychological assessment, employment selection, and performance evaluation.

She is currently involved in an ongoing program of research investigating key variables in the area of performance evaluation and feedback. Her work has been presented at a number of professional conferences including meetings for the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Association for Psychological Science. Professionally, Dr. Gonder has worked as an external consultant for several organizations in the Tri-State area designing, implementing, and analyzing the results of performance assessment programs, management development initiatives, and training program evaluations. She is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology, the Association for Psychological Science, and the Academy of Management.
