Dr. Denise Glanville, Ph.D.

Dr. Glanville received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University. She received her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University and received a second master’s degree and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Emory University. Dr. Glanville completed a one year pre-doctoral clinical psychology internship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship at John’s Hopkins School of Medicine.

Dr. Glanville’s professional practice is focused upon psychological testing and evaluation. She has conducted evaluations with children and adolescents experiencing disruptive behavior and learning problems, as well as evaluations with adults. Dr. Glanville has conducted research focused on nonverbal communication skills, parenting, family functioning, children’s adjustment problems, and mental health service utilization. She has presented her research at a number of national conferences and has published in several peer reviewed journals.
